The Old Vic Launches New Cocktail Menu

Our bar team at The Old Vic has crafted a new cocktail menu inspired by the British countryside. Each drink tells a story of place and season.

The team at The Old Vic has spent the winter developing a new cocktail menu, and we are excited to introduce it this spring.

The menu takes its cues from the landscape around the estate — foraging, farmyard, hedgerow and field. Standout drinks include the Meadow Spritz (elderflower, cucumber, green tea, prosecco), the Smoky Bramble (sloe gin, blackberry, lemon, smoke), and a non-alcoholic Woodland Cooler made with home-infused pine needle syrup.

"We wanted the drinks to feel like they belong here," says bar manager Tom Fielding. "Seasonal, honest, and rooted in the landscape."

The new menu is available from 4pm daily at The Old Vic bar.
